General V.K. Singh loses war to manipulative bureaucrats & politicians

General V.K. Singh was blackmailed into accepting his D.O.B as 1950 on the Govt.’s offer of promotion to the post of the Chief of the army staff. And it was quite natural for him to acquiesce in. Now this very predicament of General Singh has been cited by the apex court the main reason to deny him justice.

The whole country takes matriculation certificate as the ultimate proof of the original DOB. This has been the case law also.

We all are disappointed that he could not get relief he was entitled to.
