citizenship of Balkrishna the deputy of Baba Ramdev

The Indian citizenship of Balkrishna the deputy of Baba Ramdev is under investigation now. I have pondered over the issue. I am a bit intrigued by the fact that a Hindu national of Nepal: our religious and cultural associate since Vedic times is not treated in this country at par with those coming from Pakistan or Europe and belonging to Semitic religions.
In recent times of terror being used as an effectively potent weapon against India, relaxing visa norms and allowing unchecked incursion of population from Pakistan, Pak occupied Kashmir and Bangladesh will prove suicidal to the security and integrity of India.
Everyday illegal migrants reach this country and disappear from the eyes of law enforcing authorities to act as terror agents aided by Indian sleeper cells at the behest of ISI like agencies. In areas of Assam, Bihar, Bengal and some other parts of the country touching borders of Bangladesh such foreigners are said to have acquired ration cards and voter IDs with politicians’ support. Politicians crave for power even at the cost of the security of the country. This tendency is dangerous.

USA repeatedly insults Indians

A young girl of an Indian diplomat Krittika was subjected to inhuman, atrocious, torturous and illegal confinement by US authorities for an offence committed by a Chinese. The US police have no courage to touch the criminal for fear of strong reactions from China. But it was bold enough to wreck and harass the innocent girl overstepping even diplomatic etiquette and immunity. This is the true face of democracy America propounds all over. Had we a tough leader we would have twisted the arrogant arms of the USA in the face of our economic prowess. Access to vast Indian market should be used as a strategy to make them respect our citizens. Militarily also the Americans must not err to club us at par with Pakistan. Our defence personnel are second to none. The problem is that we have not been getting inspiring leadership that is firm, courageous and that has respect not for itself but also for the people of this country. India is now called a soft state an euphuism for timid and demoralizing attributes. The leadership may be inapt but our people are brave and great

Pataliputra once ruled Abbotabad

Abbotabad in Pakistan has now become (in) famous for all the wrong reasons related to Osama Bin Laden. But I see the place through a different angle. This place is historically important to us as it has stone-inscriptions of the Ashokan era. This archeological monument stands witness to the fact that we ruled up to Afganistan including the picturesque Waziristan now cursed to house the barbaric Taliban and Al qaida terrorists.

Madri from now western Pakistan and Gandhari from Kandhar in Afganistan were wives of King Pandu and King Dhritrastra who guided the destiny of the territory. The famous Takshila (Taxila) was one the 16 provinces of Ashoka who ruled from Pataliputra.
The Ved-vani ( holy rendering of the Vedas) permeated the ambience of the area.

But alas! the enemies of humanity have defiled the serene, pure, demure and natural surroundings.

Shanti Bhushan should support draft-panel from outside

Serious allegations of acquiring wealth by Shanti Bhushan and his sons through illegal means have been leveled by Amar Singh. All of us are aware of the credentials of Amar Singh and Digvijay Singh, less said the better. It certainly aims at derailing people’s process to check corruption in public life and punish corrupt officers, politicians and judges. Naturally the reaction by the vested interests will be virulent and nasty. But it also pertains to faith of the people and therefore the allegations (NOIDA land deal appears to be cogent) need to be examined mainly on the following points:-

a. Under valuation of property of the Bhushans at Allahabad, Delhi and other places.

b. If any attempt was made to influence judges through various means as per purported conversation recorded in the CD.

c. Whether PILs were being filed by Prasant Bhushan for ulterior motive as alleged.

d. How two plots worth 30 crore were allotted to them? Can a common man be given two costly plots at a few lakhs?

e. Whether a lawyer in India charges 25 lakh/per appearance. Shanti Bhushan has alleged to have been paid by Amar Singh 50 lakhs for two appearances. Should be it true, can a common man ever get justice in the system? Will not the system collapse sooner than later?

f. Whether Bhushan canvassed for Saumitra Sen the judge facing impeachment.

All these questions must be solved as public trust is at stake and Bhushans must step aside. Otherwise there is every likelihood of them being victims of blackmailing and pressure tactics by the corrupt mafia. If they do not resign from the joint drafting panel they may be too demoralized to do justice to the people’s aspirations.

Many happy returns of the day

A war was waged almost a decade back by me against a section of corrupt bureaucracy, police, press and judiciary which still goes on. Very (a) few have stood by me. She has been one of them who supported me like the rock against a tempest. Today 11th April is her birth day. On this auspicious day I salute her grit and courage.

Stop worshipping false gods

The euphoria over Jan lokpal bill must not obscure harsh realities of history. We still adore false political gods responsible for the division of the country. The stupor of the false history needs to be dispelled. Stop dignifying the blunderers; a production of so-called progressive-propagandist history. True patriots like Subhash Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh and the like have been sidelined and the British sympathizers have been made to usurp pages of history.  By correcting history we will be correcting society and will remove timidity inherited from the failed leadership. we must have capacity to weed out traitors and the corrupt from the system.

Cricket World Cup 2011

We all praise the Indian cricket team for being world champion. But the unabashed distribution of crores of rupees among the cricketers and others is nothing but maniacally diabolical. The delirious step by union and state govts, in doling out money and plots from public exchequer is a crime against nation, The authorities must be punished for squandering poor country’s money on the cricketers who are already millionaires through ads & sponsorships of industrial houses. Are these cricketers national icons for the young generation? Their inebriated brawl in the Caribbean, orgies, dance & drama off field and yesterday filthy daru party in the Taj hotel Bombay to celebrate the win are some of the actions, the country must think about. The cricket body is itself  governed by corrupt political mafia. What message is there for the nation? Now Jharkhand govt is going to bestow PhD on Dhony. What a joke!

What has the govt done for developing sports potential in the country? Why do we lag behind US, China, Europe, Japan and even Iran in medal tally? The answer is we have excelled more in CWG scam than in sports. Why other forms of games and sports are not media-highlighted?

It is because the media barons chart course for the public intake. They first create hysteria in favor of cricket for days and then cram rubbish of commercial ads for public consumption. Who is CBDT to waive taxes on ICC and BCCI and individuals; already cash-rich bodies, doing huge business in India? Perhaps poverty and penury of people gives sadistic pleasure to the corrupt leaders.
