The CAG  should hold an inquiry asto who intercepts the mails.

About a dozen of petitions were e-mailed to Shri Vinod Rai. But he took no action against some corrupt I.A&A.S officers. S.B Pillay report on corruption in various offices of the CAG has been buried in a clandestine manner. Any officer can manage posting of his choice and remain in an illegally advantageous place for long years. Recently I complained to the CAG against an IA&AS officer posted in Patna for 4 years and still in the same place and holding same assignment, indulging in corrupt practices with active protection from his superiors. P.G club membership fees paid by cheques out of state exchequer has not yet been inquired into despite my corroborative information and inputs sent to Shri Rai.

My complaints against R.Srinivasan the Principal Legal Adviser and IDS Dhariwal Accountant General Bihar for repeatedly falsifying records, telling lies on legal issues and misleading superiors have been suppressed.
The CAG if not supportive of the above deeds should hold an inquiry asto who intercepts the mails.

I fail to understand why too much hoopla and hullabaloo explode when Shahrukh Khan is detained, frisked, searched and interrogated by USA internal security agencies. Our senile leaderships neigh just like SRK in such a situation. The USA has not witnessed any terrorist attack after the 9/11 that took place eleven years ago. In contrast, Indians are subject to such attacks at frequent intervals. Our successive governments have been trying to welcome terrorism exported from Pakistan with open hands by easing visa norms and relaxing surveillance on the Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Iranians and Afghans who visit this soft country only to disappear after some time.

We should appreciate the water-tight security and surveillance by the Americans. Americans are doing good job for their mother land. But where do we stand?

Today mediocrity has set in the higher judiciary. We seldom find today the classic masterpieces laid down by erudite judges of the yore. Therefore there is an urgent need to pool in best talents of the country for appointment as judges to higher courts through public advertisement. It is very unfortunate that the judges are appointed in a closed circuited manner violating Article-14 & 16 of the Constitution.

The direction things are being veered around by a section of corrupt politicians, bureaucrats, media and some other institutions of this country buttresses the point that whenever some individual, be it Anna or General Singh, tries to crusade against corruption the mafia bays for his blood with vengeance and ferocity. Anna has been targeted and harassed in a horrific manner and so has been the General. We have seen how some politicians in parliament cutting across party lines asked the government to sack General V.K Singh for the leak of the PM-letter. This charge of the antinational politicians was investigated by the I.B and found to be false. Some days ago there was an insinuation that army had bugged the defense ministry. Then again the General was criticized for revealing the bribery offer. Should not the General have raised this? Now we people are convinced that the CBI is moving ahead in the right direction vindicating the stand of the General. And the latest stuff is a mischievously baseless reporting by some irresponsible media of so-called army movements to Delhi. This is, of course, again being attributed to the poor General.
Now all these happenings do indicate the ominous trend that any one in India taking up cudgels against corruption will be pinned down by the very powerful mafia formations enjoying support from all the pillars of the Indian democracy.  It is encouraging that the defense minister has conducted himself in a dignified manner. We are fortunate to have the defense minister and the army chief the two of high moral character and impeccable integrity.
