General V.K Singh should not share any security related clandestine operations intelligence with anyone including the media

Elements backed by Pakistan government and its terror machine the ISI are very active in India. They want to debilitate our institutions like army, I.B., R.A.W and other specialized defense units entrusted with the task to secure our country from external and internal machinations.
That is why a retired army chief who had frustrated the designs of the corrupt politicians to get kick-backs in defence purchase deals during his tenure is being targeted doggedly. He is being forced to reveal inputs of covert operations done in the interest of the nation by targeting his character. We appeal to General V.K Singh not to share any security related clandestine operations intelligence with anyone including the media. It is exactly what Pakistan and other inimical countries want through their agents in governance. General Singh must know that the several politicians, Journalists, bureaucrats, businessmen and so-called academics of India have been on the pay-roll of the USA and other countries. Osama Bin laden could not have been killed without bribing the Pakistanis in the army and government.
The Union Government must reply to the country as to why the secessionists in Jammu & Kashmir are living on public largesse, why the Abdullahs are playing double games, why the antinational there have not been crushed in a way the Americans do., what has been the account of thousands of crores of money pumped into the state by the Centre, why is the development not noticeable in commensurate with the money, why Article 370 is still a cruel joke for the rest of the Indians.
Terrorists killed by our brave forces are held as heroes by politicians who have no compunction to implicate officers who liquidated them.
Only yesterday the whole Government busied itself to get an ordinance in place to negate the Supreme Court Judgment on disqualifying the legislators convicted in crimes, only to benefit Laloo from probable corruption conviction.  The President should not act in haste and should discuss the matter with legal luminaries.
Rampant corruption, wretched economic situation, unprecedented price rise, communal vote politics, repeated unchallenged violations of our borders by belligerent neighbors and penetration of terrorists all where have been given a short shrift.

CAG’s Officer Splurge 25 Lakhs of Government Fund on Tour Only

I wrote in my blog “Extravagance in CAG organisation unpardonable” three years back.

The overzealous crusader against corruption in public places Vinod Rai the then CAG looked the other way. When it came to fighting corruption within his own organization Rai definitely adopted an ostrich like attitude. Complaints with tangible charges of corruption & misconduct against officers under him were never looked into. There are numerous instances where tainted officers were promoted without a hitch, accommodated in desired posts, given extensions after extensions.

One blue eyed officer was posted in Bihar just after Rai’s coronation as the super sentinel, given charges of three different offices at  points of time, readily granted extensions at his will and lastly continued at Patna till the Rai’s tenure ended. Even Rai gratified him at the last moment of the tenure by posting him as Principal Director Inspection in the CAG office. No bigger joke than the assignment having the opposite persona. This officer passed outlandish orders and Rai blessed him. He falsified records and Rai ignored, he indulged in corruption and Rai took no notice of.

Now the RTI information reveals vide Annexure-A of letter no. Admn 1/RTI/2013-14/387  dated 05/07/2013 issued by O/O A.G (A&E) Bihar Patna and vide Appellate Authority's Annexure-A of letter no. A.G.(A&E) Admn 1 (A&E)/RTI/13-14/641 dated 30.8.13 that one officer Shri IDS Dhariwal spent about Rs. 25 lakh on tour only during his posting in Bihar. He spent about Rs.13 lakh from government fund on air travel alone. The exact figure of government money spent by Dhariwal on tour is Rs.19,18,808/ in addition to free rail passes of AC 1st class which must have been not less than Rs. Five lakhs.

IDS Dhariwal paid his membership fee of the elite Patna Golf Club Rs.31,163/ from state exchequer. Needless to say this allied officer lived like a king in the state of Bihar which ranks 74th in global hunger index.

The whole institution is mired deep into the cesspool of corruption. The new CAG has a task to cleanse it.
